Recent sighting are showing alot of e-mail scams intended on capturing credit card information from a person by posing as an official sight such as e-bay, paypal.. etc. if you look closesly these e-mails usually have an e-mail address that is innaccurate. The other thing to keep in mind is that most of these companies will not request your credit card information via a link in an e-mail.

The other tactic we are seeing is scareware... in large amounts this tactic is a fake program that appears to be a legitimate security software and then charges you but even after you pay and register all it does is annoy you and slow down your computer. "IT IS AN INFECTION..... NOT LEGITIMATE SOFTWARE"
