New E-mail Scam Targets Businesses
DR. HILLARY EWUH
ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT,(NNPC)

DEAR SIR/MADAM ,
IT IS WITH TRUST AND CONFIDENCE THAT I MAKE THIS URGENT AND IMPORTANT BUSINESS PROPOSAL TO YOU. I AM SENIOR ACCOUNTANT WITH THE NIGERIAN NATIONAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION (NNPC) HERE IN LAGOS. E-mail scam to steal credit card numbers pretends to be Ebay (Important!!)

(notice the e-mail address is ebey.com not ebay.com

credit/dibit card company declined eBay's attempt to charge your monthly
invoice amount to your credit/debit card.
Your payment is due by your next invoice date.
To speed up this process, you are required to place other credir/debit
against the account registration data we have on file.
